How is Enriq different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are generalist AIs: they have no access to your ad accounts. You have to paste screenshots or CSVs, which they often misinterpret. Enriq is natively connected to your platforms, understands platform semantics (ROAS, CAC, frequency, audiences…) and answers with your data. Comparable to the difference between asking medical advice from Google vs your doctor who has your file.
Will my data train your model?
No, never. No customer data is used to train a model, neither ours nor a partner's. It's contractual and technically guaranteed by tenant isolation. Spelled out in the DPA (Data Processing Agreement) available on request.
How long to connect my accounts?
2 to 5 minutes per platform, via official OAuth. Once connected, Enriq accesses your history over the last 12 months (or whatever the platform allows) and delivers first recommendations, immediately actionable.
What if Enriq makes a mistake?
Like any system, Enriq can be wrong. So we structured the product to make every error verifiable: every answer cites its sources (platform, period, segment). On diagnostic questions, the correct-answer rate stays above 92%. Our commitment? Say “I don’t know” rather than invent.
Does it replace my analyst?
Does your analyst spend Mondays consolidating exports and formatting slides? Yes, Enriq replaces and outperforms that. If they're a top-1% paid media expert with years of 7-figure accounts, then no.
