Billing questions
Yes. Your subscription stops at the end of the period already paid, month or year, and you keep access until then. Your workspaces and conversations stay intact if you come back.
You pay for the year upfront, at the annual rate shown above. Your usage still renews every month. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time: the year starts right away, and the unused part of your current month is deducted.
Payment goes through Stripe: Enriq.ai never sees or stores your payment details. Your invoices stay available in your billing space. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code.
Yes, every member has their own seat. Moving a seat up to Pro takes effect right away, prorated for the time left. Moving it back to Mini takes effect at renewal, at no cost. A member added mid-period is billed pro rata on the next invoice.
The first 50 customers get 40% off one seat for life, the next 50 get 20%. The discount goes on the team's most expensive seat and follows it if it changes plan or moves to annual billing.
